- Reposted by Oh Joy Sex ToyI'm pretty up front about it when disclosing! Whenever it comes up I let them know that this happens sometimes, that I'm on meds for it, and if I get a cold sore I can't use my mouth. If it's relevant I also tell folks when I can't share drinks/razors/chapstick/etc.
