- Reposted by Bluecho48. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the Epstein files shows the extent to which old political alliances are compromised. It’s depraved. It is also unfortunately capitalism. Tech elite has the money to shape public opinion and intervene in state law because of that cabal of exploitation.

- Reposted by Bluecho4Anyway, Schumer and Jeffries and basically every journalist employed in an Epstein-adjacent billionaire's media empire, would have a very very bad time if the US went even a tenth as hard as the French did against collaborators for a tenth as long.
- Reposted by Bluecho4Denazification in France also fizzled out. But damned if they didn't show where the actual bar of "fuck these pieces of shit, they are not allowed to return to civil society" is. The US didn't even *attempt* to reach this minimum bar of giving a shit. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigni...
- Reposted by Bluecho4en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigni... Unlike in the US, which gave amnesty to the monsters and then hired them, the French went "You can't hold office. You can't vote. All your titles gone. You can't hold senior positions. You can't get jobs in education or journalism. No pension for you." etc
- Reposted by Bluecho4Meanwhile instead of that or Operation Paperclip, the French went "absolutely the fuck not, these shitheads will not get away with it" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89p...
- Reposted by Bluecho4bsky.app/profile/pook... The US *broke* the 14th Amendment only 7 years after the war, allowing former confederates to again return to political office. Section 3 of which was specifically there to prevent this happening. By 1876 Reconstruction had wholly fizzled out in full amnesty.
- Think about how all of this would not be happening if Reconstruction hadn't completely fizzled out in a decade. Had they hanged confederates instead of giving them blanket amnesty in 1872. 1872, a mere 7 years after the war, the 14th amendment was killed. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amnesty...
- Reposted by Bluecho4After WW2 the French did what the US did *not* do in Reconstruction or denazification: it executed the collaborators, even those who merely lent unofficial aid, drove them into poverty, stripped them of political power, and marked them as untouchable filth.

- Reposted by Bluecho4A lot more than 3 elections. It's a foundational belief of the Clintonite right that progressive Dems--that is, most Dems--will vote for whatever garbage conservative the party nominates simply because they have nowhere else to go. And for many years, that proved to be true.
- Reposted by Bluecho4They assume everyone must pick a side because they don't have ideology, it's just team sports, red vs blue. They can't fathom the idea that someone could ideologically object to both candidates to where they have to emotionally check out entirely (this was me in 2016 when Hillary won the primary)
- Reposted by Bluecho4Shitlibs absolutely cannot actually engage with progressives in good faith. There is not a single lefty out there who thought Trump would be better than Harris on Israel’s genocide. Not one. They cannot actually acknowledge the argument being made or they’d have to reflect a little.

- Reposted by Bluecho4The global wellness industry is 4x larger than the pharmaceutical industry, if you are wondering why so many are in the Epstein files. That is where the money is.
- Reposted by Bluecho4Every fucking day RFK is out there shilling some kind of snake oil, promoting something you'd only see in a weird online dick pill ad. And those weird online dick pill companies are a vastly bigger industry than, say, Pfizer.
- Reposted by Bluecho4Now think about just how much pressure the snake oil industry and the CSAM Gacha Addiction Machine industry are able to use in lobbying the US government, and how very obvious this has been.
- Reposted by Bluecho4Fun fact: the global wellness industry, composed mostly of unregulated snake oil, is at about $6.32 trillion dollars a year, 4x larger than the pharmaceutical industry. Similarly, Roblox is worth $44 billion to Valve's $10 billion. Roblox has more concurrent users than Steam.

- Reposted by Bluecho4According to reports from the front, the situation is close to critical. Over the two years of active Starlink deployment, almost all operational command and control—communication between units, fire coordination, and UAV data transmission—has been tied to the American satellite infrastructure.
- Reposted by Bluecho4For several days now, Elon Musk's company has effectively banned the use of its satellite communications by the Russian side, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to use the system after authorization.
- Reposted by Bluecho4The reason is the Starlink shutdown for Russian troops following the introduction of mandatory pre-registration.
- Reposted by Bluecho4According to reports from the field, assault operations have been suspended, and the unit command and control system is experiencing serious interruptions.
- Reposted by Bluecho4Mass reports of Russian operations paralyzed at the front in the aftermath of losing Starlink. "Command and control of troops at the front is virtually paralyzed.
