- Crypto is a commodity trade without the commodity. It trades like a commodity, it has value because everyone agrees that it has value, but there is no actual thing being traded. It’s like NFTs but for currency. Pretty sure it ends the same way, but it has lasted much longer than I expected.

- Noem’s routine defiance of the law seems to be rooted in equal parts arrogance and stupidity. She both does not understand what the law requires and does not care about following the law.
- Yeah, this was one of those long shot “try it because you can’t win if you don’t try” attempts. Preserves the record and gives you an appellate grounds if nothing else pans out.
