- It’s been a busy 2025. Lots of things happened in my orbit, as always. Some progress and success, yet also challenges and despair. As is nature and life, there was lots of happiness, sadness, joy, pain, suffering and every emotion in between. The higher the highs, the lower the lows.
- One can only feel real joy and delight by enabling oneself to feel real pain and despair also. Indeed, there was birth, death, re-birth and re-becoming (and marriage and separation too). All together, all inseparable. Wishing the best for 2026, from London, UK.

- I did this as more than 100 former unfairly dismissed MediCeram workers (Ansell supplier) from Bangaldesh have now been forcibly returned from Malaysia to Bangladesh, as of today.. and still counting.
- NAP is not just paper exercise, often funded and actually written (as is my experience working in Myanmar) by UN agencies like UNDP and ‘supportive’ foreign donors. A NAP should be a living reality on which governments are challenged or even ridiculed if it’s worthless in reality
