Democrats need to do better. This is not enough and they don’t follow the rules they already have so why would anyone trust the Trump republican administration?

• Much of this is already mandated by law and DHS policy and is being ignored.
• No additional enforcement mechanisms or consequences for its lack are included.

No way a third-party has always been a destroyer. We can all fight within the umbrella of the Democratic party and reform it from within. The first thing to do when Democrats take control is get rid of citizens United and publicly fund elections.
