That's what makes any hesitancy over funding cutoffs among Dems trying to look "moderate" so ludicrous. They're ALREADY vastly overfunded. They could fund normal operations for several years with what they already have.

I think a lot of that $$ is going to Trump buddies (which really means donors) building concentration camps..
