- I didn't expect to be happy with tonights performance after the first 30 minutes but that was a great effort from Arne and the Redmen. Play on the front foot like we did for an hour and we can trouble any team. Wirtz, Hugo, Ibou, all superb. 👏 Credit to Gakpo too, who gets a lot of unfair criticism

- It is far too easy for opposing teams to bypass our midfield. Chances aplenty.
- The current Liverpool midfield is an embarrassment. It's just so ineffective, both attacking and defending. We lose far more by taking Szoboszlai out of it than we gain by having him at right back. We look shambolic so far this evening.
