It is hard to know at this point if this decision will be even more damaging and lethal than the USAID Trump/DOGE cuts and USIP destruction. Trump's playing a sad sad but ultimately meaningless game. Erasing his shallow imprint on DC at the end of his term will be celebrated in the streets.
