I was on Fiverr for a while and I literally did not get a single legitimate inquiry, just a slew of messages that looked like this trying to get you onto a different platform so they can scam you. My guess is that they won't take your examples- their aim was likely different. But who knows 😣

I started in Fiverr back in 2020 with VRoid models and met some of my best friends while working for them xD How have times changed eh? So depressing, I don't really know where to find more work as of late.

I was doing translation (JPN-ENG) which is not a huge market, so I wasn't expecting much, but even so it was pretty dire. Sorry to hear that it used to be much better, but glad you had a good experience. I don't really know what to do either, demand for anything creative seems crazy low right now 🥲

Gods yeah, translation is ruthless. And is still so direly needed. Jus tbecause we have auto-translate tools for lower complexity content doesn't mean proper translators aren't needed... I'm not even asking to drown in comms, just having a couple more people a month would be enough.
