Another option in our library if you want to paint something old is this pair of metal Tactical Marines that I believe were originally released in either RT or 2E 40K- do any of you know which?
These can be supplied with RT Phobos or 3E Godwyn-pattern Bolters and I have a range of accessories too!
The metal bodies are late Rogue Trader releases, and were the "main" Space Marines for 2nd edition.
Arms; guns; shoulder pads and some backpacks (both in the first picture, the third in the second picture) are 3rd edition era.
The backpack with banner is 2nd. The similar one next to it is RT.
The helmet MIGHT be one of the BA command squad upgrades?
In either case, it's another 3rd edition release.
(I am an extremely normal person, and not a gremlin who stores 40k trivia where life skills should be.)
I'm sure I have release details and parts identification in place of where birthdays and banking information should be.
Oct 7, 2025 11:30Haha I think that space is still taken up by the entire 3E rulebook for me (though I should say 3.5E really, the "Trial Assault Rules" that got universally adopted in '02 were just plain better).
