Wrong. Why do you keep getting this wrong. It is not the concealed handles. It is electronic vs mechanical latch mechanism. Hidden handles are not a problem. Sheesh.
Yes they are if you can't get the fekkers to pop out... regardless of the latch mechanism
There is a difference, though. The Hyundai Ioniq's handles go flush with the door when it's locked, but you can pop them out by pushing on them and access the keyhole.
So what do you do if it won't pop out ? Moisture and freezing temperatures will at some point or other prevent it from coming out.
I've been a qualified driver since 1976 and have experienced dozens of different car door handles... can't beat a grab handle for reliability
