- Building my shoulders has been my “special project” in the past half a year. How have I been doing it? Increased frequency and volume spread through the week. All muscle groups cannot be trained at the same frequency. To REALLY make them grow, you have to ⬇️ (1/2) #nerdgym #fitness #personaltrainer
- Hit them HARD and OFTEN. Shoulders recovery relatively quickly, so as long as you are alternating which part of the shoulder you are hitting, you can and should be hitting them 4-5x a week. Training like that paired with intentional protein intake has helped me build my shoulder pauldrons (2/2)
