Yo yo yo, it's not so bad if you just heat the milk to a high temperature for about 15s. You don't even have to heat it that high, actually, just holding it at 145°F for 30m gets you all the benefits of raw milk with none of the drawbacks. No nasty chemicals like in pasteurization!
