- Hey, with the weather getting nicer, I’ll be getting back into a routine. Also, the “County Spotlight” and “TV History” series will also be re-appearing at some point. And the “Favorite Songs” countdown.
- The Border Conference existed from 1931-1962. The conference included nine member institutions located in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. The five charter members were Arizona, Arizona State, Northern Arizona (now FCS), New Mexico, and New Mexico State.
- The four members who later joined are Texas Tech, UTEP, West Texas A&M (now D2), and Hardin-Simmons (now D3).

- Have you ever been 100% sure you'd read a book, but remembered nothing about it except that you didn't care for it? That was me with "Tyrannosaur Canyon" by Douglas Preston. I just re-read it, and literally(1) nothing rang a bell. I did kinda enjoy it.
