- For 25 years I was the CEO/Owner of a sub chapter S corp and filed corp taxes, quarterly reports as well as personal taxes. Because I showed a loss, I paid no personal taxes. During this time, I used my corp finances to buy 5 homes that I, otherwise, would not have been able to buy. Go Figure

- I am an independent and owe allegiance to no political party. I vote according to my views as to what is best for America. AI/Humanoid Robots are coming, and neither are as good for our future weighed against the jobs that will be lost. Americans were never given an opportunity to vote on this.
- Mamdani is to NYC as Newsome is to California. High taxes, high cost of living, Californians moving out to Texas, Florida, and Tennessee. Similarly will NYC also experience a non-religious exodus, and tax revenues will be lost, especially if Wall Street moves out. Is victory worth the price?
- Democrats are to Trump as Republicans are to Mamdani... WIth just barely 50% of the vote, Mamdani won - very similar to the % Trump had in 2024. It will be a difficult term for Mamdani and the 50% of New Yorkers who did not vote for him... Will New Yorkers move out of the city in rebellion?
- If the government owned Netflix and Congress appropriated and managed its money, then Netflix would have been shut down for over 40 days and unable to broadcast anything because the two parties could agree on how much money they should get, unless Obamacare was funded. Sounds absurd, doesn't it?
