- £ 1.5mil. UNLOCKED!
- £14,010 pounds away from £1.5million!
- Reposted by ZX Spectrum Next OfficialLook at these numbers 0.5 0.19 0.123 0.1648 0.12345 0.747747 0.1234321 0.12345678 All are inaccurate on the standard ZX Spectrum. For the true floating point form print the number with a divisor. e.g. 12345/100000 has mantissa 7CD35A85 not 7CD35A84 as used in the Spectrum. I fixed it for ya! 🙂
- And don’t forget Gosh Wonderful as well as Looking Glass ROMs by the ever amazing @warmtoffee.bsky.social are included with each ZX Spectrum Next!
- The Gosh Wonderful ZX Spectrum ROM V1.40 is available for download along with a useful BASIC program “peeker” that I use to peek under the hood. It uses 3 routines by Steve Vickers written for other Z80 computers back in the 80s. They achieve total accuracy. speccy4ever.speccy.org/_CMS.htm

- Reposted by ZX Spectrum Next OfficialQL Next core update: Mode 16 has been updated to match the Thor palette bringing even more compatibility. On other news, Tobias' FAT32 driver is working quite well in R and W mode. Only thing missing is the XTcc-compatible dataspace implementation and bye-bye container files!
- In between running a studio and SpecNext @olifiers.bsky.social puts his maker hat on and finds some time for some fancy eye candy (Should we make these available on specnext.com?) #zxspectrumnext #retrocomputing #lapelpins
