I don't think so. In neither case is their real consent which should be the issue. I can see as a matter of policy why courts are reluctant to criminalise businessmen whose wedding rings 'slip off' at hotels but Liv's case involved a lengthy campaign of deceit.
Yes. It's all rape culture. The very fact this kind of harm is normalized. The scheming, the manipulation, the trickery. All for power over women's bodies, for gratification, for conquest. Attitudes need to change, just like with marital rape. Your campaign has my whole-hearted support.
