- Finally got my Kaossilator 2 (that I could have picked up sooner... FEDEX...) now the whole family is here! Instead of Alt text, I'll be doing a write-up thread below cuz they aren't easy to describe.
- Kaossilator 2. touch pad-driven synt and looper. Using X/Y axis of the pad you control the notes, effects, &/or intensity of instruments & beats. It has 2 sound banks that play up to 8 measures long and can be shortened on the fly. Each record when held dubbing on top of previous recordings
- The mini KaossPad2 works similarly to the Kaossilator, but it is an effects processor. You run audio thru its line-in input, and the effect you use is manipulated by the touchpad. Both can record MP3s but the Pad is set up to do it from its front panel. It can also be used in an effects loop!

View full threadI also forgot to mention the 2 LED lights placed on the outer sides of the round buttons. Kaossilator's left flashes with the arpeggiator, and the right is a tempo light. The left light on the Pad is for the microphone buttons, and the right is a hold button indicator.

Vibes are immaculate and the game selection is great. All American cabs, but a good variety of classics, shooters, fighters, driving, and pinball games.
