Ironically, there were complaints about my topic when the schedule was announced and we were removed straight away. We scrambled to get a new panel topic together but were told yesterday that my friend Ringa (who has been doing SO much for the fandom lately) would need to step down altogether

Why was Ringa singled out? Sorry that this fandom can’t seem to play nice even for a… isn’t this a free online con? I am so confused.
Apparently the complaints specifically mentioned them- what was shared with me were lies but ones that didn't even make Ringa sound bad? I would have understood if it was something substantial. Seems more likely to me that Ringa was the only recognisable name on there
