- So happy the Winter Olympics has started, it’s always a fun watch. Every sport is something that if I tried I would, at best, be seriously injured.
- One of the mums of a kid I gave my school talk about writing to, came up to me to say that her son loved it. Really nice to hear.
- Apparently, the vetting process for Peter Mandelson to be given a job by Keir Starmer was for Keir to ignore everything anyone knows about Peter Mandelson.
- It feels like I’m blocking a lot more people online than I used to. It would be nice if social media would actually do something when you report a post, but leaving some arsehole to scream into the void will have to do.
- Fallout season 2 was brilliant. Bring on season 3. And hopefully a New Vegas remaster.
- Did 2 school talks. 1 to year 9 and 1 to year 10. Had lot of questions and it was good to see teenagers interested in writing. There was minimum swearing from me.
- This morning I’m off to talk to 2 different years at my daughter’s school about being a writer. I will try not to swear.
- I was a guest on The Tiny Bookcase podcast. It was a lot of fun, and I highly recommend it to any of my author friends.
