- Crikey #Emmerdale to hear Cains doom laden internal voice going on about his Prostate cancer you'd think he had a death sentence! He's been recommended surgery & a TURP is a quick & simple op & a cure for the vast majority. I understand the message they're trying to get across but keep it realistic!
