- Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos and Warner Bros Discovery's Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer Bruce Campbell made their latest pitch to federal lawmakers on a proposed transaction that would see Netflix acquire WBD's film studios, intellectual property and HBO business.
