Working in partnership with the community, we support our network of General Practices in a sustainable way to positively impact the health and wellbeing of patients in our local community.
- Join our Mental Wellbeing Practitioners on Thursday 15th May, 9am-1pm at the Chantry Centre Garden Area for fun, calming activities and resources to help boost your mental wellbeing. Free and open to everyone, just simply drop in on the day!
- Last week our team joined amazing local services to celebrate the impact of social prescribing. Through activities & discussions, we built connections & explored new ways to support our community. A huge thank you to all those that came, your work is invaluable.
- Join the Children and Young People's Primary Care Wellbeing Service for a friendly and informative coffee morning. This session is designed to help parents and carers understand anxiety in primary-aged children. Link in comments
