People want to rewrite accomplishment to keep their worldview convenient. It's a shallow coping mechanism, not moral high ground.

- i love getting more wizardmon content but this has got to be the best result of me asking someone to draw him ever- this is what art requests should be like! broadening the artist's own horizons!

- it sucks when you feel like you can't be proud of and share an accomplishment with others cuz it would seem like bragging/showing off... i don't want others to feel bad, i just want to share my own happiness :<
- i see it as a 'if i can do it, you can too' situation, but i worry it comes across more as 'haha i'm better than you, look what i can do that you haven't done'

- fun way to learn there's a whopping 78 tarot cards! and this price makes way more sense for a playing card deck (assuming only face cards), but still yeah, pricing a product based solely on the result is for machined manufacturing. creative work takes WAY more time and effort and that shit matters.
- Reposted by AlphaGodithReminder for artists: don't get blinded by the "big number" for an art project. Remember to do the math. $3,000 for a tarot card desk *sounds* great. But in reality you're only being paid $38.46 per artwork. And if each artwork takes 20 hours to make, you're getting paid $1.92/hr
