- We recently published a chapter on an improved Pil1 co-tethering assay for detecting protein-protein interactions in fission yeast (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39527195/). A draft is available at yeast.nig.ac.jp/yeast/pdf/Pi.... The plasmids for this assay can be obtained from NBRP and Addgene.
