- Sometimes little things affect me greatly. My little friend asked if she could make me something. She made a CT scanner. I'll never take my health for granted again.
- Taxi driver today, taking a Mum and her kids to Dubbo to see their doctor. We take a license for granted these days, but not everyone can have one. Let's hope they don't mind 70's and 80's rock because my phone is full of it. 🎼
- A new mine has been approved between Nyngan and Cobar. Now I know we need copper to combat Climate Change. But. There is no permanent water in Nyngan or Cobar. The water must come via the Albert Priest Channel from the Wambuul with 40% losses. We need a pipeline now and the mines should pay for it.
- WaterNSW, the department responsible for policing water in NSW, has had its budget cut. Three hundred staff will get the sack. You know they won't cut upper management, they will cut licensing inspectors and compliance officers. Will we see more water theft? I hope not, but who knows. 😡
- I'd be happy if the value of our home didn't double every ten years, if that meant our children could better afford to buy their first home. The great Australian dream is slipping through our fingers. We need to prioritize home ownership, not multi house landlords. 😡
- I'm helping a helper today. One of our Elders needs a favor, his car requires repairs and he needs to fill in the day. He's kind of an unofficial taxi, he drives people to doctors appointments or to visit their family when they can't get there themselves. It's nice to help repay his generosity. ❤️
- Any motorcycle mechanics out there? Would a petrol stain around the top of the float bowl suggest a needle and seat problem? The bike is fouling plugs and idling rough. TIA 👍
- It's a great day to be alive. An elderly friend called and asked me to drop by. I arrived to find that she had baked a cake for me, awww. You've got to love that, a cuppa and a loooong chat ensued. ❤️

- Now I am not highly educated, my schooling went as far as 4th form (or year 10 today). But in no educated society is 30 Palestinian deaths in one day a cease fire. C'mon Albo, uninvite the Israeli PM. It's the right thing to do.
