After some intercepted XXX VD9B messages today RIR2 may actually be:
Shore CW 6259.5, Ship 4619.5 kHz.
The conclusion comes from the usual pattern that XXX RLO, VD9B etc. flash messages from RIT are immediately repeated by RIR2, today it happened on 6259.5.

NF Naval Base in Murmansk, RJD56 on 6259.5 kHz CW called ships RMVQ, RMLV & RMAN but got no answer on 4619.5 kHz. Eventually RJD56 sent SML FM RIT msgs to the ships one way at 1825-1840 UTC
