- Reposted by Adam Hill 🚇🚏🚶♂️🚃🛴🚙🚲Strange yet true. The opening sounds heard on the Style Council's second album 'Our Favourite Shop' were recordings made at London's Victoria station by sound engineer Jeremy Murray-Wakefield (although Jeremy has since cited the station as Waterloo, the sounds prove otherwise).

- Reposted by Adam Hill 🚇🚏🚶♂️🚃🛴🚙🚲Auschwitz was at the end of a process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers. This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.
