- We needed to have the plumber come back out to patch some holes left in the cellar floor. The holes were created when the steel frame supporting the old sink was removed. I woke up this morning groggy. I checked my messages. The plumber was en route. I checked his location on the app. HE’S HERE!

- About six weeks ago, I bought a stainless steel utility sink for @rezaral.bsky.social . I scheduled installation for well after the Holidays. I thought it was for February 3rd. Nope. February 2nd. This morning, got the notice via txt that the plumber was on the way. BATTLE STATIONS!
- We have plumbers coming by Tuesday morning. They’ll probably want access to the lower level/garage door. I did a bit of shoveling to clear off parking/access. Snow seems down to 8”, with sublimation in the cold dry air.
- So, I have to ask. Are those puphoods any good at keeping your head warm with windchills of -20°?
- Earlier this morning, I happened to be scrolling the "other" social media platform, getting sucked down the rabbit hole known as "Reels". A number of reels from local weather forecasters were talking about how the snow would start Sunday afternoon and that we'd have about 15.6" of snow. 1/
- Is that *TODAY*? Didn't we just go through that *LAST WEEKEND*? There is no date on the reel. No date on the weather maps. Just the forecast of snow. I ask Alexa. No snow forecast. I ask Siri. No snow forecast. I'll assume there's no snow. For now. 2/end
- I'm getting a bit confused with "the echo chamber" when it comes to weather. I understand that we're going to have sub-zero temps. But, are we really going to have another 6" of snow on Saturday going into Sunday? I thought we did that already! Is thisan echo from last weekend, or is it new?
