- Ah shit, just found out Billy Bass Nelson died recently. My favourite bass player from the PFunk world, his playing across Free Your Mind, Maggot Brain and Osmium is up there with any rock player IMHO Here he is giving total attitude on the inner gatefold of Maggot Brain. RIP
