- The world is on fire. It enrages me at the same time it makes me feel powerless. So today I joined a group on another site that's all about finding those small moments of joy, or hope, or inspiration. Selfishly, I think this is probably the best thing I can do right now, at least for my soul.
- The endocrinologist I'm supposed to start seeing doesn't have an appt open until April 2026. NEXT YEAR. I hate the healthcare industry so much. (Actually I hate pretty much everything today. And I would love, love, love a cigarette.)
