- 2/2 Jenrick claims 93% of crime is unsolved. If we look at Home Office stats he ignores other outcomes like cautions, victims not supporting prosecution, etc. Only 39% of investigations end without an identified suspect. And the level of Charging/Summons has been pretty consistent for 5-6 years.
