- I’ve been watching the Superman movies and even years after first seeing it, I am still annoyed that Lois Lane is only interested in the glow-up version of Clark Kent. You know when Lara was telling Kal-El he’d have to live as a human to be with her, Lois was like “hold on now”
- It’s like I keep saying: in order for us to be competitive, we have to start from the assumption that the State Party is a critical and central part of the political ecosystem. We lose ground when efforts attempt to replace or duplicate what we are mandated to do.
- I don’t know what made me think of this but years ago I had a 1:1 meeting with a Dominion Energy exec. His office looked out on a cemetery so while we were settling in, I gestured toward the window and said “I figured you knew where all of the bodies were buried”
