- I’m a very deep empath and everyday it’s people suffering and terrified everywhere you look. I’m so sad. So tired and I hate police now took I never hated police but now they are the same as ice at least to me. I don’t trust any law enforcement anymore. I never used to feel this way .

- 7 years ago today, I took my last swig of El Jimador. As someone who battles addiction and mental health issues, the fight's never truly done. It’s one round at a time, just like Rocky, and I'm still standing. Every day is a new chance to come out swinging. I'm grateful for each small victory.

- My father is a #vietnamveteran …. Who came back with a brain injury and PTSD. Seeing this man get an honor guard and escort and acknowledgement by the traffic control tower as if he was a fallen police officer, firefighter, or veteran makes me ill to my stomach
