I am a photographer who works almost exclusively in immersive 3D, aka 3D180 aka VR180. Stills, not video. I use a dual fisheye lens; on a 2D screen the pictures look... odd ;). But in a VR headset... you don't look at the picture, you step into it.

- Last August I was able to work with @lucyartmodel.bsky.social when she came through town. In a VR headset, if you look down in the picture, your nose will be about 30cm from her foot :) As before here are both the raw and equirect versions of the picture.
