I often tell the kids that anger itself is not “bad”. It’s there to tell you something is wrong, and if you handle it well you can make positive change in the world without emotional or nuclear fallout out.
Also, it’s a good moment to check if your physical needs are being met… sleep, food, exercise…
Anyway. There is plenty to be angry about, and I haven’t figured out how best to channel the rage…
So I’ll start with a system reset… and maybe listen to a book.
