Now that we are almost certain that he will either stop or control the midterms, what’s our next move? How do you protest or stand up against a possibility?

He can't stop or control the midterms, there's literally no mechanism for him to do so. The Constitution specifically provides that as a State's Right. The only states that would cooperate with him trying to federalize elections are the red ones, which he'll already have, anyway.
