I'm tired of being called it. Trump emboldened them to be as nasty and as cruel because they lose their job, they become rich by going to that WS site that is like Gofund but for them only and cry victim.. No consequences

I'm so conflicted about this. Trump gave bigots permission to be open about it. On one hand, it's neat that they're telling us who they are. On the other hand, it's showed us that America never improved after the Civil Rights Movement. Racists just got quiet and stayed racist. That makes me sad.

I was born in the 60’s. It never changed. People who were non racist then, raised their children to be non racist. Same goes for the racist who were racist then, raised their children to be racist.

That's definitely part of it but not all. I wouldn't categorize my parents as firmly "non-racist". I divested myself of their small prejudices as soon as I was old enough to understand them. They're Fox addicts now. Every conversation is a weird game where I try not to touch any political subject.
