- Reposted by J.W. KirbyIn 2025 I really got back into traditional media, learned a lot more about working in 3D, and painted many, many dinosaurs. Cheers to 2026, and may we all paint more of what we love #paleoart #dinosaurart #tellmeaboutyourfavoritedinosaur

- Reposted by J.W. KirbyOk, another Mexidracon thread because I find this critter just fascinating. In our latest stream I tried to illustrate my point further by showing the proposed sediment probing behavior I assume for this animal. #paleoart #sciart #scicomm #mexidracon

- I've been doing little thumbnail illustrations of future paintings I want to do as a way to get my ideas down on paper. Here's a selection of some!
- Got a lot of new followers on here recently, so I think I'm gonna start posting again soon. Collecting together all my old art so I can get to it!
- T.rex doodles I did on break
- Reposted by J.W. Kirbyit's hagfish day so here's an illustration I did in celebration of this creature
- Giant Squid study from a few months ago

- Another one from the California Dinosaurs set (2017) this one Augustynolophus. Biggest mistake with this one was not having the beak curve out and downwards like a Hadrosaur beak should.
- Labocania piece I did in 2017, part of a 4 part California dinosaur series. This species is very fragmentary so the reconstruction was exceedingly speculative.
- Another unfinished piece of a couple of Aeteosaurs having a stand off from 2017. Although it's not technically done, I kindve like the simplicity of it haha.
- Another one from 2016. Nqwebasaurus, again it was suppose to be another life size piece but I made it way too small. I'm not sure where I got my measurements from but its definitely not right haha
- Really old Pterosaur nest parasitism piece I did in early 2016. Maybe not the most well thought out concept, and that bark looks so jank, but I remember having fun with this one.
- Scansoriopterygids I did in 2016. They where suppose to be life size but idk how well that worked out haha Also probably wouldn't've restored their wing membranes this way if I did them today. Like everyone I had some whacky ideas back in the day
- Something from my lost, unfinished paintings collection. This was a concavenator piece inspired by a painting from Claude Monet. I was so close to being done with this one too. . .suppose I could always paint over it . What do yall think?
- Tupandactylus flocking together sketch from a couple years ago.
- A really, really old piece from when I was just starting to get the hang of digital art back in 2016 of some Rhamphorhynchus hatchling emerging from the sand.
- The old juvenile Gorgo piece I did back in 2017
- Another 20 minute stream sketch, this time of a breaching Xiphactinus
- 20 minute Dolichorhynchops speed paint I did on Paleostream back in 2021
- Shiny looking Lystrosarus from 2019
- I can however post this Arizonasaurus thumbnail I did I'm 2018 since it's in my recents, so enjoy this consolation prize.
- Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. The Bluesky mobile app updated and now it will only let me select media from three folders on my phone. Very odd, so I haven't been able to access my art folder :/ Don't really know how to fix that other than posting from desktop.
