Over the course of my career, I've had two different people who took a chance on me, and invested in me and my career growth.
It was (and is) completely life-changing.
I have also been fortunate enough to have been able to help two others, who have both told me that my help for them was life-changing.
I went and told my people, and the ones I helped came back and told me.
