- Week 11 working on shoulders today. They’ve come a way since 2009

- I didn’t want to today but got the workout out of the way so I can enjoy the day👍
- The Lego city is getting an expansion to grow
- Books are a great escape from messy times. Finished my first book of the year, and it was campy and supernatural, almost ridiculous at points but wrapped up very nicely!
