- The cash value of MUN going from 7 VPs to 3 VPs plus 3 Assoc VPs (or whatever they are calling them), is probably $400K, +/- $100K. MUN's structural deficit is $20M. The move is a reasonable response to public concern about admin. It does not significantly address the uni's financial challenge.
