Yummm... simo baking savory chicken thighs, while roasting sweet potato cubes in olive oil, butter, salt, cinnamon, & a bit of brown sugar, makes the house smell like Thanksgiving. Think I'll roast some russets, too, but with olive oil, curry, & cilantro. Love to freeze for future meals.😋
