- Reposted by kebeerbutterYou can't fight over eating with movement/exercise. If you eat 500 calories too much a day (which is extremely easy) you will need to run 8km extra each day to burn that. That is so not sustainable. My rule is always, losing weight == eating less. Exercise is for other healthy benifits.
