- Apologies for not being around more. I’ve learned *first-hand* how the holidays are hell for store workers. Manager says I have potential at a higher role which is exciting. That said, I’m slowly getting jacked from lifting boxes all day, so there’s that. Streams may be on hiatus for a while.

- I cannot recommend Bang energy drink. Made me jitter like a cold car with old gas, made me stim for 20 minutes and gave me dry mouth. The exact wording I gave was: “I feel like a thousand tiny goblins on cocaine.” BRB drinking a liter of water.

- I've said this before on my Mastodon account, but man, coming back to Linux is like coming home after a long trip. I know the Steam Deck's slowly getting long-in-the-tooth compared to the other handhelds, but nothing quite beats the familiarity of #Linux!
- My Steam Deck has been around the block for so long it's started developing quirks with the desktop mode (especially with flatpaks). I was able to create a script that can run automatically that uses admin privileges and then runs the flatpak update command instead. Now I get to be lazy about it!
- I’m on the mend from COVID, and I decided to look over my streaming setup… this is way too complicated. Like, 90% of this is clutter / overkill and dampens my ability to use my Steam Deck at my desk. I feel like before I stream again I’ll refactor some of this stuff.
