- The two biggest surprises at this year's Black Nights Film Festival. The director who approached me saying, "You have a great shirt." - Shu Qi at the press conference for her first film as a director. It's called Girl (Nühai), and was surprisingly good. Especially, the cinematography by Jing-Pin Yu. #Venezia82 Stay tuned for the review.

- A review of Resurrection. The third film by Bi Gan, which premiered in the 2025 Festival de Cannes competition. Some critics labelled it a masterful reflection on cinema. I am not so sure. #Cannes2025 Link in first comment.
