- Amen. Cowher got in 6 years ago with a similar or even lesser resume. And Vermeil somehow got in with 120 wins and a .524 win%. Holmgren developed Favre into 3x MVP, took 2 perpetually bad organizations to the Super Bowl and has a great coaching tree (4 Super Bowl titles and 570 wins and counting).
