- I moved my long run to Fri instead of Sat bc Im away for the w/end. Was trying to figure out how to get a 1 hour 45 min run in before starting at 8am. Its a trail run and there ARE large snakes here - hard to spot in the dark. Solution. Take whole day off work. Problem solved. #running #crazyrunner
