- I have so much great stuff going on. Partnering with great institutions to create awesome American Revolution content. Starting a real video strategy for YouTube later this month. And I think @jmadelman.bsky.social & I have finally figured out how we’re going to build a sustainable nonprofit.
- There is still a lot of work to do in startup life, but it’s fun, challenging, and I’m learning a lot.

- I reorganized my desk this morning. I reversed the positions of my monitor & mic so I could get my teleprompter & video camera settled. I also added a desk extension to the back of my desk so I could have less on my desk—helpful when I want to read and take notes. Organizing really creates zen.
- With that said, I don’t want to re-organize the placement of my tech again because it was a project to disconnect and re-connect everything.
