The simplest way to improve things for white women and Afro-Hitlerites is probably to colonize the periphery. And you could even vaguely defend that as an accelerationist strategy. But it seems kind of dickish.
worth pointing out you don’t need to colonize countries. these countries just theoretically need a weak capitalist class (strong institutions) or a capitalist class very open to the west. then the opening up of markets would result in significant development.
but in the long run, it has always been the local ruling class in the periphery which serves as a fetter on development, no better than the petite bourgeoisie in the core.
